Tobechukwu has 8+ years of experience in research and governance advice for different government and international organisations, including the United Nations Children’s Fund and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. He has worked with two Nigeria-based think-tanks and has expertise in Political Economy Analysis, Qualitative Data Analysis, Project Management and Policy Communication. He has most recently been working with The Policy Practice on the Partnership for Learning for All in Nigeria Education as an advisor.
He holds a BSc in Political Science and Public Administration from University of Benin, Nigeria, and MSc in Political Science (Comparative Politics) from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has also earned a master’s degree in Public Policy from University of Oxford as an Africa Initiative for Governance scholar.
