Mundher Mubarak

Mundher Basalma is a public policy consultant. His expertise lies in political economy, fiscal decentralisation, policy reforms, democratisation, and peacebuilding initiatives.

Mundher has consulted for several international organisations such as the Berghof Foundation, IDEA International, and the Center for Humanitarian Dialogue on political economy, local governance, and peacebuilding process in Yemen.

From 2021 to 2023, he served as a policy analyst in the Executive Bureau headed by the Prime Minister of Yemen where he tackled complex policy issues related to governance and policy reforms.

Mundher holds a Master in Public Policy from Erfurt University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Heinrich-Heine University.
