MSC Synthesis Note 1: PERL Contribution to Budget Processes in FCDO Partner States in Nigeria (2024)

This paper analyses improvements in core budget processes at sub-national level over the life of the programme (2016-24), how PERL contributed to these changes and the lessons we can draw from this, together with an assessment of the sustainability of these changes and targeted recommendations for future programme support.
