John Mutu is a senior governance and political economy specialist with over 15 years’ experience delivering high-impact reform programmes in Nigeria. He has held national leadership roles on Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office programmes including the Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn and the State Accountability and Voice Initiative, and has contributed to the Partnership for Agile Governance and Climate Engagement, and to the Partnership for Learning for All in Nigeria.
