Ifeoma Chukwuma

Ifeoma Chukwuma is a senior governance and development practitioner with over 24 years’ experience delivering large-scale donor-funded programmes in Nigeria. She has held leadership roles on Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office programmes including the Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn, State Accountability and Voice Initiative, and State Partnership for Accountability, Responsiveness and Capability, and has contributed to Partnerships for Learning for All in Nigeria. 

Her expertise spans political economy analysis, civil society strengthening, and gender and social inclusion. She has led complex programmes, supported legislative and policy reforms, and driven citizen engagement to improve governance, accountability, and inclusive service delivery.
