Andrii Biletskyi has dedicated himself to the field of anti-corruption research and analysis, contributing significantly to the fight against corruption in Ukraine. Working with various donor organisations, government agencies, and non-governmental organisations, Andrii plays a key role in advancing the anti-corruption agenda in Ukraine.

With a strong academic foundation, Andrii holds a PhD in Criminal Law, Criminology, and Penitentiary Law. His expertise spans various aspects of anti-corruption efforts, including corruption risk assessment, the development of comprehensive anti-corruption programmes for governmental bodies and non-governmental organisations, implementation of corruption prevention measures, in-depth analysis of anti-corruption authorities' effectiveness, and championing the protection of whistleblowers.
