| Project Description: | The focus of the Policy Practice’s support was on the political economy of reform, and took two forms. First, we prepared and led a role-playing political economy exercise, based on an actual case study of ports reform. Second, we prepared several case studies of reforms in various countries, identifying underlying political economy factors that affected the outcomes. |
