Providing a Secretariat for the second European Rural Forum

Project Description:	Following the successful European Rural forum in Montpellier in 2002, the Heads of Agriculture and Rural Development appointed the Policy Practice to advise the Steering Group, and lead the design of the second ERF to be held in Berlin in June 2007. This involves conceptual development, specifying the main features of the programme, market testing, and identifying principal speakers.
